With the large glass façade and open plan offices, the building that was constructed in 1998 was prone to overheating and caused discomfort to the occupants.
Our low carbon energy assessors and sustainability team have carried out dynamic simulation thermal modelling to assess cooling plant loads and also carried out validation and verification checks of the existing heating systems, reviewing them for performance and quality of the systems.
The project then evolved to replace the roof mounted chiller. NOVO were appointed as lead M&E Consultant to oversee the works, project manage and provide clerk of works duties.
