NOVO were appointed by the Client to produce the MEP design from RIBA Stage 2 to completion. The project commenced planning in July 2022, and started on site in the second quarter of 2023.

The 105-housing scheme consists of house five different house types. They were designed to be contemporary & modern & to connect with the beauty of their riverside setting.

The project was designed to meet all Salford Council sustainability requirements, NOVO undertook the SAP 10 calculations and provided all Part L compliance documentation to enable this. Part O Overheating calculations were all completed as well since this was a development that commenced shortly after the change in Building Regulations in 2022.
