MATTHEW MORGAN

I have recently changed career paths into building services. NOVO has taught me nearly everything I know about CAD and engineering. I have a lot to learn but am improving everyday thanks to the support I get from my colleagues.

My background is originally in graphic design and I currently do the branding for NOVO. I did not create the current design scheme and logo but use the style guide to keep Novo’s bold style as consistent as possible.

Creating graphics and logos at university translates well to drawing work. I have had to learn a whole set of new shortcut commands in a short time but am quickly getting to grips with the changes. Hopefully I will continue to excel in my new work environment and am planning on studying engineering in the not to distant future.
