MIA MARCHANT

I joined NOVO in October 2021 as apprentice as a Junior Mechanical Engineer. I’m studying Building Services Engineering at college to develop my knowledge and understanding alongside working at NOVO.

 

My position is to help assist the senior mechanical design team and to expand my knowledge by learning through them. By working closely to my colleagues, it allows me to understand the industry and learn key skills for engineering. I also get involved in sustainability side as well as mechanical.
