NOVO have worked closely with Nilorn to deliver their new flagship offices, relocating from their existing facility in Keighley.

The shell and core commercial unit in Cononley was purchased by Nilorn, a leading fashion label production company, who had been leasing factory and office space in the neighbouring town.

Bowman Riley was commissioned to create a unique contemporary office space and bespoke production facilities within the unit which reflected the company’s Swedish roots and the site’s Yorkshire heritage.

Staff wellbeing and increased efficiency has been at the heart of the design, with a spacious and flexible office-space providing high quality showers, wash rooms, cloak rooms, coffee bar and catering standard kitchens. The new production space layout has been calculated and coordinated to provide the most efficient work flow, with minimal disruptions and distances.
