As part of our continual improvement, professional development, education and training strategy, we have established the NOVO Academy.
Within this, we are preparing a series of in-house workshops and educational sessions where our senior engineers can share their valuable knowledge and expertise with our juniors.
This ensures that our entire team is growing and developing alongside one another as a whole, particularly when new regulations and innovations are introduced to the industry.
