PREMIER INN TOLWORTH

NOVO were appointed to produce the detailed design of mechanical and electrical services within the new-build development in Tolworth, including Part L2A of the Building Regulations and Thermal Modelling services, and assistance with the submission of BREEAM evidence.

Built on an existing brown field site, the development stands over 8 storeys at the front and 5 storeys at the rear, with 60 basement car parking spaces and associated landscaping and access. The scheme involved the demolition of the existing buildings at the site, and the construction of a new 137 bedroom hotel, including ancillary café, a “Thyme” bar and restaurant with 110 covers.

Achieving BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ with a Post Construction score of 87.69%, Tolworth Premier Inn was recognised as the second highest BREEAM certified hotel in the UK.
