The new Leeds City Centre Offices of the TEKLA were refurbished in 2015. NOVO were appointed as a part of a multi-disciplinary team refurbish the existing office building to meet the requirements of the new fit out.
NOVO were employed to produce the Mechanical and Electrical services performance design and carry out site inspections during the works and witnessing of all systems to ensure they we installed and commissioned to meet the requirements of the mechanical and electrical brief engineering team. The design provide new LED lighting, small power and data to suit the new room configuration.
To ensure that the project was delivered within the client’s cost plan, the existing VRF air conditioning and fresh air ventilation was reused and modified, while still meeting the load requirements of the refurbishment.
