WALKER MORRIS 

The Leeds City Centre Offices of the legal firm Walker Morris were refurbished in 2014. NOVO were appointed as a part of a multi-disciplinary team to refurbish the offices and create a working environment to meet their high and exacting standards and suit their branding needs.
 
NOVO were employed to produce the Mechanical and Electrical services performance design and carry out site inspections during the works and witnessing of all systems to ensure they were installed and commissioned to meet the requirements of the mechanical and electrical brief.
 
Maintaining access to the main entrance, thus ensuring that the staff within Walker Morris were not disturbed from their day to day works, was a key driver of the ethos of the design.
