WEST PARK HOTEL

The listed building has been transformed from the original Victorian Coach House and extended to provide a 5 star spacious hotel with 25 luxurious bedrooms and suites in the centre of Harrogate. 

The West Park overlooks the beautiful Harrogate Stray, an open area of 200 acres of parkland.

NOVO Integration carried out the detailed design of the Mechanical and Electrical services within the building. As a part of the planning conditions the project was required to attain a BREEAM “Excellent” rating and thus incorporates air source heat pumps, rainwater harvesting and LED Lighting. 

The services routes between the listed front of the building and the new build rear of the building had to be routed carefully and in keeping with the requirements of the listed building consent.
